FREE BUSINESS VALUATION CALCULATOR

Explore a valuation range.
See the assumptions behind it.

Use your own annual EBITDA or revenue and a selected enterprise-value multiple range. Results are indicative arithmetic, not a formal valuation. No sign-up.

Define your scenario

Use the same annual period and accounting basis as the multiples you select.

Use a positive annual EBITDA or revenue amount. Do not mix monthly results with annual multiples.

Choose a documented assumption, not an assumed industry benchmark.

Use the same multiple definition as the lower end.

Include the debt relevant to your simplified equity bridge. Enter 0 only if appropriate.

Cash beyond operating needs, under your assumptions. Do not automatically add all cash.

Formulas, assumptions and limits

Enterprise value = selected annual amount × selected multiple. Simplified equity value = enterprise value − debt + surplus cash. The calculator does not choose a multiple, adjust for industry or predict a transaction price.

For a loss-making company, a positive revenue multiple may be arithmetically usable but can be economically misleading. Review earnings quality, growth, risk, capital needs and comparable transactions. Banks and other financial-services businesses often require different valuation approaches.

Lease liabilities, preference claims, minority interests, non-operating assets, working-capital adjustments, taxes and transaction costs may change the bridge. Negative equity output is a model signal, not a negative share price. Values are rounded to rupees; no automatic floor or cap is applied to the result.
